Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable IT Engineer with deep subject matter expertise in Rubrik data protection technologies. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end to end backup and recovery lifecycle across our on premises infrastructure, Microsoft Azure footprint, and Office 365 workloads.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic and operational delivery
Lead the configuration, optimisation, and administration of Rubrik clusters across hybrid environments.
Ensure comprehensive backup coverage for physical servers, virtualised platforms, Azure workloads, and Office 365 tenants.
Conduct regular resilience reviews and steer corrective actions.
Own backup policies, SLAs, retention schedules, immutability controls, and compliance frameworks.

Operational excellence
Perform routine health checks, troubleshooting, and remediation.
Respond to backup and restore incidents and complete root cause analysis.
Oversee patching, upgrades, and feature enablement.
Maintain documentation of backup architectures and DR processes.

Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security teams.
Support audits, projects, and initiatives requiring backup expertise.
Communicate technical information clearly.

Essential Skills
Proven Rubrik experience.

Your New Role
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong experience in broadcast IP environments to join a high-performance infrastructure team. This role will focus on the design, implementation and ongoing support of highly available network infrastructure supporting live broadcast and production environments.

This is not a standard enterprise networking role. Experience with SMPTE ST 2110, PTP timing, multicast networking and Arista hardware is essential.

Your Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation
Design, deploy, configure and maintain scalable and resilient LAN, WAN and WiFi infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and performance across all network services supporting critical operations.

Broadcast and AV Integration
Support IP based and cloud-based broadcast workflows.

Operational Support
Provide second- and third-line support for critical network incidents.
