Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship

What you will need to be successful

You will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering with significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators

You must be an experienced escalator engineer with in-depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment

*

Hold a valid UK drivers license

*

Flexibility is important and overtime maybe required

Their ideal candidate will have proven experience in producing high-quality SolidWorks models, assemblies, and fully toleranced manufacturing drawings for both mechanical and electromechanical machines.

Design Engineer role:
The successful design engineer will be responsible for working closely with the Design, Production and testing teams and be responsible for mechanical & electro-mechanical designs while contributing to continuous improvement of existing platforms and components.
The role is hands-on and practical, involving precision mechanical design, vacuum-compatible systems, motion and drive mechanisms.

Design Engineer requirement:
