What you’ll be doingThis is an all-encompassing role covering hands-on coding, team and technical leadership with a strong contribution to product strategy. You will own architecture and technical strategy for a key part of their product base whilst showing direction, raising standards and getting the best out of the highly motivated, best-in-class engineers around you. They have a variety of applications, integrations with hardware and monitoring systems, data collection and processing apps and there will be plenty of opportunities to speak directly to customers and utilise your problem solving skills. They will look to you to proactively identify bottlenecks and scaling risks, driving solutions around technical debt. You will have exceptional people skills and the ability to show engineers how to arrive at solutions themselves, improve processes and champion collaboration as they grow.What you’ll get in return for your talentsTheyre looking at a range of experience (£85K-£120K) and will offer equity/options to help you feel really embedded into the success of the company.
