This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership with direct involvement in product design, from concept through to production - 80% hands on, 20% leadership. What you’ll be doing: You will lead, mentor, and challenge an electronics hardware team across multiple sites, driving high-level technical decisions, product roadmaps, and hardware architecture. Experience taking designs from architecture through to production, including validation, debugging, and design for qualification (EMC/environmental).

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects across Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Leisure and Data Centres.
This is an opportunity to join a highly stable and well-backed building services contractor delivering complex schemes with mechanical package values up to £13 million, with the majority of projects typically ranging between £5-6 million.
The business has grown steadily to a £50m turnover, with clear plans to reach £75m+ over the coming years. The Role
You will take the Electrical lead on projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

This is a broad role sitting within IT, with responsibility for ensuring business systems are reliable, effective and aligned to how the organisation operates. While IFS is the central platform, the role also covers a range of integrated systems including CRM, warehouse, logistics and operational applications.
A key part of the role is leading and developing an existing business systems team, alongside managing external suppliers. This is not an individual contributor position, and requires someone comfortable managing people, setting direction and driving performance.
