The role

You will support the operation and maintenance of HV electrical infrastructure across sites in Central and South Scotland.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on HV and LV equipment up to 132kV
• Inspection and maintenance of switchgear, transformers, RMUs and protection systems
• HV switching, isolation and earthing procedures
• Ensuring safety from the system under operational safety rules
• Electrical testing and analysis of system performance

Experience required

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Multiskilled Engineer - Electrical bias will include:
