About You

Being a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in using Microsoft Power BI to deliver impactful data reporting and visualisation solutions. You will hold relevant BI or data analytics certifications and have advanced skills in SQL and data modelling. Your experience will include data cleansing, DAX calculations, and building intuitive, insightful visualisations that support strategic decision-making. You will have a strong understanding of data integration and be confident working with integrated software systems. Ideally but not necessary, you will also hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. An organisation currently undergoing a group-wide digital transformation (with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure at the core) is seeking an experienced Reporting Manager. This role focuses on building and managing enterprise-wide reporting through Power BI, data modelling, and self-service analytics.

You will design interactive dashboards, develop scalable data models, and help deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports

Build efficient, scalable data models (star/snowflake schemas)

Implement advanced DAX calculations and KPIs

Gather and interpret business reporting requirements

Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security in all reporting

Liaise between business, IT, and analytics teams

Promote self-service BI and data literacy

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure quality data sources

Automate recurring reports and processes

Maintain documentation (KPIs, definitions, processes)

Continuously optimise performance and refresh cycles

Skills & Experience Required

Experienced Integration Engineer needed to help design and develop data integration solutions using Informatica IPaaS and Snowflake data Lakehouse

You will

Design, develop and implement ELT & ETL pipelines and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud.

Build connectors from multiple sources including Cloud platforms, bespoke and out of the box APIs, databases, and flat files.

Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, data pipelines and integration workflows.
