My central Government client is looking for an experienced Network Architect to support them with the delivery and management of key national security capabilities.

You will liaise with stakeholders/customers and interpret business requirements into technical ones and support technical teams in delivery of capabilities, providing 4th level technical oversight to customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an enterprise environment, ideally within a Government body.

Essential Experience Required:

Networking architecture such as

  • Network Topology and configuration
  • Wireless network architecture
  • Firewalls
  • Network load balancing
  • Inter/intra site connectivity
  • Virtual private network configuration
  • Public could connectivity

Experience creating technical and architectural documents such as options assessments, low and high-level technical designs.

Experience of requirements management and ownership of deliverables.

Working knowledge of auditing and security products configuration.

A comprehensive understanding of NCSC, GDS, CIS, Cyber Essentials, and NIST IT security principles, along with experience in UK government technology strategies and policies.

Desirable:

Worked in a matrix organisation structure.

IT Technical qualifications or equivalent experience

TOGAF or equivalent experience

Knowledge of Public cloud offerings

TECH-AGNOSTIC ROLE

A well-established UK organisation currently live with the full suite of Dayforce modules is seeking an experienced Integrations Architect to support the next phase of its HR technology journey. This role will focus on optimising and enhancing integrations between Dayforce and the wider enterprise technology landscape, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Entra to enable a seamless Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process.

This is a hybrid role in Northampton as and when needed and is for an initial 6 months with potential to extend.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Integrations Architect or Senior Integration Consultant within enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience integrating Dayforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Experience designing integrations with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD), particularly for identity and access management and automated JML workflows.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), SFTP, Middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Experience with identity life cycle management and HR-driven provisioning models.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance considerations.
