To be successful in this role, ideally you will hold an ONC/HNC in Engineering or HND or a relevant engineering discipline or be time-served with relevant experience. Strong technical skills are required in both electrical and mechanical disciplines and an ability to logically find faults and routes cause all problems for this role. Ideally, you will have electrical, mechanical and pneumatic system knowledge, experience with low and extra-low voltage supplies, an understanding of fault-finding techniques and have practical hands-on skills.

Long term contract opportunities have come available for Data Cabling Engineers to deliver projects for high end clients.
The ideal candidate will be happy to travel to Dunfermline for the initial project however further projects will be across Edinburgh & Glasgow if you wanted continuous works.
The successful candidate must have proven recent experience installing CAT 6A cables, and produce high quality terminating and dressing in.
