You will support battery structural design evaluations, daily functional and lifecycle testing, and lead the analysis around capacity, cycle life, and failure modes. The role also includes delivering thermal simulations, theoretical calculations, and practical testing to ensure robust, vehicle-ready battery performance.
You will work with high autonomy, manage key processes, and provide coaching to lower-level engineers.
