Key responsibilities include configuring Mosaic workflows, forms and templates, translating social care practice into system design, developing dashboards and reports, and supporting testing, rollout and user adoption across services.

You will work closely with frontline teams, stakeholders and IT to deliver system and process improvements that support better outcomes for children and families.

Essential experience:

  • Strong hands on Mosaic, Liquidlogic configuration experience
  • Experience within Children’s Social Care or Local Authority environments
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into system workflows and reporting solutions
  • Strong data and reporting skills, including dashboards and performance reporting

Desirable:

  • Experience in transformation programmes such as Early Help or Safeguarding
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
