We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Services Engineer who will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs or preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems. The goal is to ensure the building operates smoothly, meets safety standards, and remains in good working condition to support the needs of tenants, staff, or visitors.

Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5pm) Friday (8:30am - 2:00pm)
Salary: ÂŁ14 - ÂŁ14.50
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm for right person
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Junior Applications Engineer
As Junior Applications Engineer your duties will include:
* Operating and maintaining laboratory and analytical equipment
* Preparing chemical solutions and assisting with laboratory testing procedures
* Testing, evaluating and processing coatings for a wide range of engineering applications
* Preparing documentation and recording results
An ideal candidate for the Junior Applications Engineer will have:
* A background in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Design or a related field
* Knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment (advantageous but not essential)
* Practical skills such as basic tooling or paint spraying (desirable)
