As an Interim Finance Manager based in Kidderminster, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management, from preparing management accounts and leading year-end processes to managing a finance team and handling client queries. You’ll liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute strategically in senior management meetings. The role also involves supporting ad hoc projects and providing commercial insight, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and a collaborative approach in a dynamic environment.
