We are a telemedicine provider working with the NHS, offering services that give healthcare professionals direct, fast access to specialist advice and guidance. Through our platform, including telephone, secure messaging, and e-referral tools, we connect general practitioners, paramedics, nurses and other clinicians with consultants via our network (the National Consultant Network). This helps clinicians make better informed decisions and ensure patients get the right care first time. That often means avoiding unnecessary hospital visits or referrals, easing pressure on hospital services, and saving time for both patients and specialist staff - which in turn helps the NHS save money and operate more efficiently. We also support referral-triage, virtual follow-ups and remote consultations, not just advice, with secure telemedicine tools, enabling care to be delivered more flexibly and smoothly.

We run a secure, cloud-based telemedicine platform that gives NHS clinicians fast access to specialist advice. Our technology supports instant phone A&G, secure photo and message sharing, and video or virtual follow-ups, all stored within our GDPR-compliant system. We integrate with NHS referral workflows and manage everything in-house, from setup to support and continuous improvement, so clinicians can use our tools without needing to manage any technical infrastructure.
