At ART Health, we practice what we preach. Everything we do is with people at the centre and that is amplified even more in regards to our team! We understand that in order to have a successful business, we need to have a happy, healthy and vibrant team, so with that in mind we aim to create a workplace experience that supports every member of the team to perform at their best....our vision is "a world with healthier, happier & higher performing people" and that starts with our own!
We understand that people have different working style preferences and needs, so we ensure that flexible working is available for all of our team....whilst there's obviously times when we need to be together with our colleagues, we take the view that as long as we're getting our work done to the best of our abilities, why does it matter where and when it's done?!
Our team is small (growing!) but full of energy, commitment and fun, which creates an atmosphere that breeds health and happiness. Although our team is spread out across the UK & Ireland, we have regular full team meetings and events at one of our hubs which always includes team nights out, dinners and activities (all paid for of course!) to maintain that balance between work and play!
To summarise, we're a fun, forward thinking bunch who get that by prioritising our own health, wellbeing and happiness, means we can best serve our clients in prioritising theirs!
