A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major £100M mixed-use high-rise development in North Acton.
The project is currently at PCSA stage, and the contractor is looking to appoint a Number 1 Senior Project Manager who will take full responsibility for delivering the scheme from pre-construction through to completion.
The Project
This landmark development will consist of a 33-storey tower with a double basement, incorporating complex construction elements including a slip-form concrete core and unitised cladding façade.

Job Purpose
