Job Title: Asset Data Migration Administrator

Location: CanterburyContract Type: Temporary

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator to assist our client in a short term temporary position. In this role, you will be responsible for checking the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data across 2 different systems, getting it ready to be amalgamated into 1 accurate data set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and assess the data quality across 2 separate systems.
  • Cleanse the data, deleting out of date and duplicated records.
  • Create guidance documentation that can be used to access and identify the necessary data.
  • Train the existing staff on where the data is stored and how it can be accessed.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data-focused role (e.g. data management, or data quality)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, or similar)
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to a variety of people.

You will be working 35 hours per week between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday however there can be some flexibility with this.
