This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to shape IT strategy, manage day-to-day infrastructure, and support business-wide technology improvement initiatives.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s IT systems, infrastructure, and service delivery. You will manage internal support and third-party suppliers, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient operations.

Chief Engineer

An experienced Chief Engineer is required who leads and/or manages works of other technical staff that has significant impact on the portfolio’s results/outputs predominately fills this role.

With a focus on delivery and operation, the Chief Engineer contributes to the development of solutions that influence strategic project/programme goals and business results. Essential Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in a technical lead or senior flood modeller role with ideally 10 years or above experience in the field.
• Deep technical expertise in the specified modelling software (Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, ESTRY, InfoWorks ICM).
• A comprehensive understanding of UK flood risk policy and the planning process.
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and signing off complex flood models for regulatory submission (e.g., to the Environment Agency).

LEV Engineer / Service Engineer / Project Engineer Role

• Manage and service projects within Industrial filtration and extraction settings, such as dust & fume extraction, mist removal, ventilation systems, and similar. Full product training provided.
• Willingness to cover the M4 corridor and surrounding areas, with occasional visits to the office in the Midlands.
• Working on LEV systems, dust extraction, fume extraction, as well as similar filtration systems and products.
• Manage full projects from start to finish, liaising with relevant other departments.
• Assist with quoting and designing LEV systems, tailored to client needs.

LEV Engineer / Service Engineer / Project Engineer Requirements

• Proven engineering background in LEV servicing, maintenance, or installation, within Industrial filtration and extraction settings, such as dust & fume extraction, mist removal, ventilation systems, and similar.
• P601 or P602 certification is essential; further COSHH certification is a benefit
• Service Engineers looking to take on further responsibilty are a real interest.
• Exposure to project management is beneficial
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites along the M4 corridor and surrounding areas.
