Salary: £42,000 Base, 60K OTE | Day Shifts | Permanent
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing engineering team, covering customer sites across the Essex/Cambridge Area.
This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong industrial background, particularly within environments such as print, paper, recycling, plastics, injection moulding, or similar manufacturing sectors. Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable, though strong engineers from other regulated or industrial environments are encouraged to apply.
The role will require you to travel to customer sites accross the Essex/Cambridge area carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on highly technical automated machinery. The base salary is for your core hours but the nature of the role will require you to work overtime on a regularlar basis as the company ethos is set around your day is done when your work is done, with this is mind your realistic OTE will be around 60k, all travel and expenses are also paid for.
