HVAC Engineer required on the South Coast for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

HVAC Engineer - Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary up to £42,000 DOE
Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months’ service - Up to £3,600 tax free
Overtime paid at 1.5x
40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
Pension
22 days’ holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.

Are you a Service Engineer or similar from a Healthcare or Mobility equipment background looking to join a market-leading manufacturer who offer a varied and autonomous role covering a regional patch where you have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through overtime and on-call, as well as a clear progression pathway?

This well-established medical manufacturer provide LOLER testing, electrical and mechanical care for medical devices including patient hoists, beds and pressure equipment nationwide. They have built a broad client base with record breaking turnover in the last 2 years, due to increased demand they are looking to grow their team of tight-knit engineers across the UK.

This varied role will see you covering a regional patch, conducting passive and reactive servicing of medical mobility equipment for a range of care homes and other medical clients. You will work autonomously with your own company vehicle and will receive door-to-door pay for any travel undertaken and full manufacturer’s training.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in the Medical Industry or LOLER inspections looking to make an impact within a well-established and growing company who provide an essential service across the UK, you will be given specific product training and have the ability to substantially boost your earnings with overtime and on-call rota.

The Role:

• Servicing, Maintaining and Installing Medical Equipment
• Completing LOLER Inspections
• Regional patch - door to door pay - 40 hour week.
• 1.5 x Overtime and On-Call Rota - 1 week in 7 with retainer fee.

Installation Engineer ( Vehicle & Networks)

IT Support Analyst, Salisbury/Hybrid, 30K- 35K (Must be eligible for Security Clearance - min 5 years UK residency)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Support Analyst to be part of a small Service Desk team based in Tilshead. You will provide effective and efficient technical support to users mainly over the phone, but also sometimes in person.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide IT support to users via the IT Service Desk
• Handle and manage incoming calls and online requests and log within the Service Management tool (Halo).
• Through troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, triage and resolve user issues as a ?first call fix? wherever possible; escalate to agreed 2nd line support teams as appropriate and ensure customers are kept informed of progress.
• Provide on-site support in regions as required.
• Assist the IT Service Desk Lead in preparing IT Operations, management information and reports.
• Conduct software license management activities associated with user requests.
• Ensure all assets are managed and tracked throughout the asset’s lifecycle.

Experience/Skills You’ll Need:

• Windows 10 and 11, MS Office 2016, 2019, O365.
• Experience working in a distributed/hybrid multi-office environment.
• IT Service tickets (incidents, requests, problems)
• End user-device installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows desktops, laptops and Android tablets
• IT Security good practices
• Software license management and tracking.
• Experience supporting end user network connectivity (Broadband, 4G, Starlink).
