Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, timely 2nd line support via phone, remote tools, and on-site visits, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, cloud, and networking issues, escalating where appropriate.

The Role
You will have ideally served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as flow wrappers and labelling machines, together with packaging, conveyor systems, 3-phase, bagging machines, motors, drives and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment.The ideal candidate will also have experience of circuits, motors and drives within an automated environment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required.You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment. Acoustic Engineer
to join our growing team. This role focuses on building acoustics and on-site testing, offering the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial projects. You will play a key role in delivering acoustic testing, design input, and reporting to ensure compliance and high-performance standards within the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sound insulation testing in accordance with relevant standards (e.g. Approved Document E)
