Our client is seeking Cloud Operations Engineers at graduate, mid, and lead level to join a secure cloud operations team supporting sensitive, mission-critical systems from a regulated on-site environment in Cheltenham.

This role sits within a 24/7 operations function and includes participation in a shift rota, with additional shift premium paid.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will:

  • Support the operation of secure cloud platforms and underlying infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service issues, and user requests
  • Manage and update support tickets, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution
  • Follow documented runbooks and operational procedures
  • Support incident management for high-priority or critical services
