Based at the busy Hinckley, Leicestershire offices, you would join a team of dynamic and like-minded individuals, who work in a collaborative and supportive culture.

You will work on broad ranging enterprise scale IT systems and infrastructure for multiple sites across the UK. The includes assisting in the implementation of new technologies, maintaining existing ones and acting as a support escalation when required.
You don’t need to know everything. But you should be confident across most of this:
Azure, O365, Defender, Intune, SharePoint
Windows Server, SQL, Azure AD, Hyper-V
Solid networking fundamentals – LAN/WAN, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi
Security best practice (and why it matters)
Strong Windows environment support experience You will have thorough experience providing IT support in a Windows based environment, having an excellent working knowledge of MS Windows Applications, Email, Hardware and Software. Above all you must a thorough understanding of IT and the ability to pick up and learn new skills!
