Role Description.
Provision of planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of high speed, industrial automated machinery.
Electrical and Mechanical fault finding and repair activities.
Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
Identifying cost saving solutions to help streamline maintenance processes.
Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.
Carrying out site electrical work, including installations.
Carrying out project work.
Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications.
Maintenance Engineering experience.
Level 3+ in Engineering.
Strong fault-finding capability.
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or other industrial context.
Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated maintenance engineering team.
This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across manufacturing machinery.

The engineer would be responsible for carrying out LEV testing, and working with the directors to increase sales and develop this important division within this company.
The right individual will undertake Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) examinations and testing and producing technical reports. My Client offers a UK wide service, the ideal candidate would be based in the Greater Manchester area and be willing to travel and stay away as required.
