Responsibilities:

Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Roles & Responsibilities
Service, maintain and carry out reactive works on commercial heating systems and associated pipework.
Diagnose, identify and rectify faults across a range of commercial and domestic heating systems including boilers, burners and warm air heaters.
Attend planned maintenance visits, reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
Complete service reports via company-provided tablet/app.
Carry out small plumbing and heating installations where required.

Valid Commercial Gas qualifications:
ICPN1 - Install first-fix commercial pipework

COCN1 - Core commercial natural gas
CDGA1 - Commissioning and servicing direct-fired appliances
Domestic Gas qualifications (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.

BMS Service Engineer

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to join their BMS Division, working alongside an experienced team of engineers. This role is suited to an engineer with proven experience in BMS service activities and the ability to undertake small works independently. The position involves working across multiple small to medium-sized projects, with values typically ranging from £1,500 to £70,000, and will include travel and out-of-hours work as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Commissioning of small BMS systems
* Fault finding and diagnosing system issues
* Producing and working from point-to-point lists
* Working closely with the Service Manager to develop software strategy and implementation
* Working with communication protocols including Modbus, BACnet, and Lon
* Delivering works across multiple small and medium-sized projects simultaneously
* Graphic modification of BMS interfaces
* Working with systems including Tridium, Centraline, Distech, and Trend
* Calibration of sensors and valve actuators
* Liaising with clients and site managers to support project delivery
Requirements
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems
* Strong understanding of BMS strategy and pre-commissioning
* High level of experience with Tridium, Trend, and Centraline products
* Proficient in Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong understanding of other controls automation-related equipment, such as variable frequency drives
* Basic knowledge of relevant standards governing the controls automation industry is desirable
* Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently and manage workload effectively
* Willingness to travel and undertake out-of-hours work when required

Generator Service Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Generator Engineer to join our small team. We are a small business that play a massive role in keeping Lincolnshire powered with back up and extra generators. From factories and farms to medical facilities.
As the service engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of diesel generators across a range of sites. Primarily within Lincolnshire, but if our customers have requirements in other counties you could be travelling as needed.

The hours of work are mainly Monday to Friday (Apply online only). You’ll come to the depot and get ready for the day ahead. Mainly working normal hours but there is over time as needed. Its emergency breakdown cover, and is offered to the team as it comes in. It is payable after 40 hours a week and are T1/2 and 2T on Sunday and bank holidays. required, and providing technical support to Production, Sales, Service, and Customer Support departments as required.
Delivering projects on schedule and within budget whilst managing your complex workload efficiently, and ensuring compliance with applicable design, regulatory, and industry standards, and identifying and applying new industry-wide processes within the business where beneficial.
