Were looking for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a competitive salary to be discussed at interview.

Youll carry out a range of interesting and varied tasks, including:

  • Lifting inspection work
  • Load and pull testing
  • Occasional destructive testing
  • Manning the rigging loft
  • Inspecting lifting accessories

What Were Looking For

Were open to a range of experience levels if youre keen to learn, well provide full training. Ideally, youll bring:

  • Experience in the lifting equipment industry
  • LEEA qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Engineering or Mechanics NVQ / City & Guilds (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience in a testing or inspection environment
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
  • A full UK driving licence

Job Purpose

Provide Document Control support on one or more projects, following established BIM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work to & within the Mackley company procedures, policies & regularly communicate with your line manager.
  • Undertake validation of documents in accordance with BS 19650 file naming protocols and BEP requirements.
  • Upload and Issue documentation on the CDE in line with project workflows and agreed processes.

My client requires experienced engineers to join their established team. The ideal candidate should be able to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance as well as small installation works or extensions to existing systems.
