Hybrid working at HMRC

The Role

You’ll take a lead role within the quality function, ensuring the conformity of highly engineered components throughout the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on position, combining inspection, team leadership, and CMM programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of quality inspectors
  • Manage batch, first-off and in-process inspection activities
  • Program and operate CMM/GMM equipment (training available on specific systems)
  • Evaluate inspection results and escalate non-conformances
  • Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection of precision components
  • Use a wide range of inspection tools (micrometers, air gauges, height gauges, etc.)
