Overview
We are seeking a customer-facing Principal Network Consultant to lead engagements across the full lifecycle from pre-sales solution shaping through architecture & design, to delivery governance and technical assurance.
This is not an operations-only role.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers, sales, and delivery teams to design secure, scalable network and security solutions and ensure they are successfully implemented.

A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a mid-level Industry Solutions Designer to support the development of scalable, industry-specific solutions built on a modern financial operations platform.
This role sits at the intersection of financial operations, solution design, and product strategy. You will work with internal experts and external industry specialists to design repeatable frameworks and workflows across regulated sectors such as Fintech, Payments, Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management.
This is a full-time office-based role in Reading, so the suitable candidate must be live in the local area and be happy to work in the office 5 days pw.

They’re now looking for a Software Architect to shape the next generation of their customer-facing systems; designing scalable, cloud-first solutions capable of handling high data throughput and large data sets.
The Environment
The platform has evolved from a Microsoft / C# / .NET foundation into a modern stack including:
Strong .NET Architects who’ve worked in modern cloud and micro-services environments, or who can operate confidently across Node/TypeScript ecosystems, are absolutely encouraged to apply.
What matters most is architectural depth, SaaS scalability experience, and strong engineering principles.
