The Role
Opportunity to join a growing specialist bank within their mortgages and lending division, taking ownership of data, MI and operational insight across the business.
This is a hands-on role combining technical delivery, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You’ll act as the go-to for all reporting and analytics, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate data into clear, actionable insight that drives operational performance and decision-making.

We’re looking for an AVP Data Analytics within the Internal Audit Department to join our team.
This London-based role sits within the Audit Department Internal Audit (ADIA) and is part of a four-member Data Analytics team. The team reports to the Audit COO. It supports audit and credit review assignments across EMEA by leveraging data analytics and maintaining Computer Aided Auditing Tools (CAATs) for continuous auditing and monitoring. Working with clients across Europe, you will be responsible for supporting projects to drive operational improvements within investment firms. These projects usually involve working with significant amounts of financial data and typically centre around digital transformation e.g. implementing a new system. You must be comfortable working across multiple projects in a busy team, with a flexible mix of office-based and home-working arrangements. In this role you will: 1. Overseeing project deliverables including managing and delegating to junior resources as well as supporting the lead consultant to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget 2.
