In this role, you will help us transition from legacy systems to a cutting-edge Microsoft Fabric platform, ensuring our reporting assets are accurate, reliable, and high-performing.

This is an intermediate-level position focused on day-to-day operational delivery, reporting development, and semantic model support within an established architectural framework.

  • Semantic Model Support: Maintain enterprise-level semantic models (including Sales and Finance models) and develop efficient DAX measures aligned with governance standards.
  • Data Triage & Operational Support: Monitor data ingestion pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers. You’ll diagnose load failures and inconsistencies within our metadata-driven Fabric framework.

Soft Skills & Professional Attributes

  • Communication: Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy, particularly concerning financial and operational reporting.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A structured approach to issue triage and the ability to work within established DevOps frameworks.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with integrated systems like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or Bullhorn.

You will join the Grow Squad, the cross-functional team responsible for the “Holding” and “Wealth” pillars of our mission. Our goal is to empower Wise customers to live the life they want by making their money work as hard as it can.

We are redefining what a “current account” or “savings account” means for an international life. Through our Assets product, we enable customers to move their money out of 0% interest holding accounts and into government-backed Interest assets or global Stocks, all while retaining instant access to spend and send their funds globally. We have successfully launched Assets in the UK, EEA, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil, managing billions in customer funds. Now, we need to scale this impact to millions more users.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the strategic commercial voice of the Assets product.

This is not a downstream “marketing communications” role. You will sit directly within the Product team, working side-by-side with the Senior Product Manager, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers. You will own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle adoption for our investment products globally.

Your challenge is to explain complex financial mechanics (Money Market Funds, Equity Indices, Yields) in a way that is simple, transparent, and radically fair. You will bridge the gap between “regulatory compliance” and “customer delight,” ensuring that users understand how to grow their wealth with Wise safely.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. The Strategy & Positioning (The “Why”):
  • Own the Narrative: You will define the global positioning for Wise Interest and Stocks. You will translate technical wealth-tech concepts (APY, Yield, Fund Performance, Risk) into clear, human value propositions that resonate with diverse customer segments—from freelancers in Brazil to expats in Singapore.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: You will be the expert on the landscape—not just other fintechs, but traditional banks. You will map user needs and anxieties regarding “savings” and “investments” to inform the product roadmap, ensuring we are building solutions that solve real problems, not just features.
  • Nomenclature: Work with Product, Legal, and Compliance to define how we name, structure, and present asset classes. You will navigate the tension between “Assets” (internal/regulatory) and “Savings/Interest” (customer benefit) to ensure clarity and trust.
  1. The Launch & Go-to-Market (The “How”):
  • Global Expansion: Lead the GTM strategy for launching Assets in new markets (e.g., expanding our footprint in APAC or the Americas) and deploying new asset classes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, PR, Paid Media, CRM) to execute flawless, compliant launches.
  • Sales & Support Enablement: Ensure our Customer Support (CS) and Sales teams understand the product inside-out. You will equip them with the pitch decks, FAQs, and “battle cards” needed to support customers and answer complex questions about risk and returns.
Qualifications

A Bit About You

  • Product Marketing Native: You have 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within FinTech, WealthTech, or a high-growth B2C platform. You understand the difference between “selling” a product and “positioning” a product for market fit.
  • Financial Literacy: You are comfortable with concepts like Assets Under Management (AUM), APY, Yield, Liquidity, and Capital at Risk. You can explain the difference between a Savings Account and a Money Market Fund to a layperson without jargon.
  • Regulatory Comfort: You view compliance not as a blocker, but as a design constraint to master. You have experience working in regulated industries and crafting copy that is both compliant and compelling.
  • Data-Driven Storyteller: You don’t just write copy; you validate it. You are comfortable using data (SQL, Looker, Mixpanel familiarity is a plus) to measure the impact of your messaging and iterate based on conversion funnels.
  • Global Mindset: You understand that “wealth” and “savings” mean different things in different cultures. You are experienced in localizing value propositions for varying markets and regulatory environments.

What We’re Looking For (The Interview Focus)

To help you prepare, here is what we will be assessing during the interview process:

  • Demo of Your Metrics Framework: Be prepared to share a framework you’ve used to measure PMM impact. We want to see how you link “soft” marketing activities (e.g., positioning, messaging) to “hard” business results (e.g., Adoption Rate, CAC, LTV, AUM). Show us how you used data to drive a decision.
  • The “Misaligned Insight” Story: Tell us about a time your understanding of the user was wrong. How did you validate it? How did you pivot the messaging or product? We value intellectual honesty and the ability to learn from failure.
  • User Journey Mapping: Demonstrate your expertise in mapping a complex user journey—from the trigger (financial anxiety/need) to the resolution (product adoption). Show us how you identified friction points and smoothed them out with content or product changes.

What’s In It For You?

  • Impact: You will directly influence how millions of people manage their life savings. Your work will help strip billions in unfair fees from the banking sector and give that value back to customers.
  • Autonomy: We work in autonomous squads. You won’t be told what to do; you will be empowered to identify the biggest opportunities and go after them with your team.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary (£90k - £120k dependent on experience) + a generous Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) package to align you with the company’s long-term success.
