As a key member of the development function, you will work across both Front End and Back End technologies, contributing to the design, build and optimisation of web applications, data integrations and reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable and user-centred products.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Proficient with Server Side languages including .NET, C#, MVC, Liquid and Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, data modelling, cleansing and dataset preparation.
• Experience supporting or developing Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools and AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong JavaScript and jQuery skills, including asynchronous handling and AJAX.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of UX principles across online and mobile contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and a systematic, organised approach to work.

Must have skills -

Can you convert a UI design to a HTML structure using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery) into an MVC web application?

Are you familiar with the relationship in (MVC) between Model, View and Controller using C# as a native language?

Can you pass a value from the Controller to the View via the Model?

Can you capture a user input from the View and pass to the Controller and save the data to a database table using MySQL / SQL?

This company are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in C# and .Net technologies to join their remote development team. They produce a number of realtime data monitor services used by companies across the globe.

They are building a new set of products for the North American market as well as new services for their European customers.

This company are entering a lucrative scale-up time over the next 24 months (they are cash rich, profitable, self funded business) and this is an opportunity to join a small but growing development team, with an established product, who are hiring new developers to help build the next generation of their online data monitoring platform. This is a great time for somebody to join the team and who is looking for a fresh challenge in an exciting online company.

Ideally they are looking for a developer with a strong background in C#, .Net core, NoSQL databases, ElasticSearch and with some experience of building asynchronous, event-driven systems in Lambda + SQS, or equivalent patterns.

Ideal skills:

• Experience building systems with real users in production
• Strong, modern C# / .NET experience in production systems
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred; Azure / GCP also relevant)
• Experience building asynchronous, event-driven systems (e.g. Lambda + SQS, or equivalent patterns)
• Solid understanding of data modelling across relational and non-relational stores (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch)
• Experience applying architectural patterns such as CQRS where appropriate
• Comfortable working with containerised applications (Docker)
• Proven experience designing and building secure, reliable APIs
• Testing mindset: writes maintainable, meaningful automated tests
• Comfortable working in modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)

Nice to haves:
