The IPO is a modern organisation which depends on its IT services to operate and innovate effectively. To provide up to date services to our customers systems need to be developed, improved, and maintained. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the core applications are reviewed and continually improved.
You will need the appetite to learn new technologies and methodologies for delivering high quality IT services. In this role you will work within a multi-disciplined squad using several technologies to build enterprise grade services. You will be expected to be proactive and take accountability for the squad assigned deliveries. The role will also require the investigation, diagnosis and fix of any system issues. A Senior Developer is expected to contribute to the technical strategy for the department.
As a multi-skilled individual specialising in MS Dynamics and Power Apps, you will have the opportunities to develop and mature skills in a core role but extend this to skills typically aligned to other role types. You will have a high level of input in defining which additional skills you can develop.
Working Style
This role will be carried out in-line with IPO Hybrid working arrangements where staff are currently expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite from one of our offices. This role is based in our Newport Office .

We are recruiting for a Data Insights Analyst to join a growing MI, Data and Analytics function within a national organisation operating across care, education, and support services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Insights Analyst with strong Power BI and SQL skills to work across a wide range of operational and central datasets, helping drive better reporting, insight, and decision-making across the business.
The successful Data Insights Analyst will play a key role in dashboard development, data engineering, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, supporting teams across operations, HR, Finance, IT, and other central functions.
The Role
As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and optimising Power BI dashboards, datasets, semantic models, and DAX, while also supporting ETL workflows and wider data platform activity. You will work with sensitive and regulated datasets, ensuring data quality, reliability, and strong governance standards.

Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is searching for a Test Planner to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour
Duties:
As a Test Planner, you will manage test submissions from a diverse set of customer teams, with the opportunity of supporting a range of test facilities. In doing so, you will be incorporating the validation of Powertrain systems, from base calibration through to certification and legislative compliance.
The main activity for the role is supporting the Lead Test Planner and to coordinate the preparation and management of the fixed facilities. The systems under test are to enable customer test activity across a number of internal and external facilities. This will include ownership of project kick off, development of robust plans, co-ordination with our rig design team, reporting, governance and control of work and team activity.
Our mission is to deliver world class facilities. The role requires you to adhere to and develop processes where required, and to develop future plans to provide the quality, capability and capacity required, in a safe environment, within agreed timelines.
You will need a keen eye for detail and support continuous improvement to increase test efficiency and product quality.
