As a Client Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our users, delivering exceptional support across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering user calls and emails, providing timely and effective technical support.
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Testing and troubleshooting user-reported problems and communicating findings to internal teams.
  • Assisting with onboarding and rollouts of new products.
  • Monitoring and managing outstanding support tickets, providing updates as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Adhering to ITIL best practises and escalating unresolved issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • A structured and methodical approach to tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to provide out-of-hours support when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and relevant technologies.

My Customer is seeking an experienced Messaging Engineer to join a technically complex environment, supporting and evolving enterprise messaging services.

The Messaging Engineer will play a key role in the support, enhancement and transformation of the organisation s messaging estate. Working across Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online, you will deliver change, maintain service stability, and ensure secure and reliable email services for the business.

Skills & Experience required from the Messaging Engineer:

  • Active/recently lapsed SC Clearance / Security Cleared
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid/Online) administration / support and projct based tasks
  • Experience with Security Email Gateways (SEG s) supporting email encryption technologies
  • Experience managing highly secure messaging
  • Solid PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with the following would be beneficial:
    • Secure Email Gateways (Mimecast and Clearswift)
    • MX Records and Email DNS Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
    • Email encryption (PGP, TLS, and PME)
    • Cloud Fax Solution
    • Email Journal Archiving (Enterprise Vault)

Key Responsibilities of the Messaging Engineer:

  • Support, administer and deliver changes across Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online environments
  • Manage and support secure enterprise messaging solutions, including email security gateways and encryption technologies
  • Troubleshoot complex messaging issues across a varied and highly secure estate
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks and technical concepts effectively

The Messaging Engineer is required onsite, 2 days per week or 40% of your time each Month in Central London.
