Experience with speech and voice AI APIs (ElevenLabs, Whisper).
Knowledge of chatbot/voicebot design for customer service or sales.

Direct reporting to IT and Marketing leadership, giving broad influence.
On-site role in Norwich, Monday-Friday.
The chance to work on high-impact projects with immediate visibility.
