Role and Responsibilities: \* Design, build, and maintain user-friendly web applications and websites aligned with the charity’s goals. \* Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, donation platforms). \* Ensure accessibility, security and performance standards are met across all digital products. \* Work collaboratively with non-technical colleagues to translate needs into practical digital solutions. \* Implement and manage hosting, deployment and version control processes (e.g., GitHub, Plesk, Linux). \* Troubleshoot, test and maintain existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
