We need someone with the following skills:
* Strong Leadership where you have operated as a Lead Developer in a current of previous role
* Solid Azure skills from a Development perspective. Previous candidates usually fall down on their lack of skills with LogicApps – this is essential
* Good, hardened Full Stack Development skills within C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint
* Acceptance that Development is now reliant on GenAI, using examples of where you have done this before and an appreciation of the pace it is moving

This is the kind of mentality required for this role, so is it you?
