Description
As a UX Designer you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our games and promotions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within the game studio and wider business, including research managers, product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces in our games and B2B offering. Your creative problem-solving skills and user-centric approach will be crucial in helping tombola achieve its vision of being the World’s Biggest Bingo Brand.
What will I be doing? (But in bullet points) 🧐
UX design: Working with research and development team members, product managers, engineers, and others to understand the problem you’re trying to solve. Designing user journeys, layouts and experiences.  UI design: Caring about the details to craft elegant and compelling designs. Executing on the visual design to bring hierarchy, affordance, and beauty to our interface.  Prototyping: Communicating your idea to the intended audience through interaction. It might be a simple click-through journey to test with users, or it might be an intricate interaction with animation to demonstrate to an engineer who can build it.  Stakeholder management: You’ll frame your design decisions with strong rationales that persuade peers and executives.  Player and competitor insight: Really getting in to the detail of what makes a successful user experience that builds long term value for the bunsiness and delivering on these findings in our games. Iteration: You’ll work closely with research, product and data teams to determine the performance of the original solutions. This will allow you to iterate on your concept over time.
