Are you a skilled Senior Software Developer who’s well-versed in either PHP or C#?
Join our team of developers located in the heart of Gloucester city centre. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and supporting the systems that drive our business and products.
This role offers you the freedom to shape the future of our products. You’ll be involved in supporting and improving web applications crucial to our user base. We operate with both legacy and modern technology stacks, so our developers play a key role in supporting these diverse systems. Our work environment encourages exploration, allowing individuals to delve into new and exciting prospects alongside our diverse tech stack.
Hours/Work Structure:
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Combination of office-based and hybrid working (2-3 days a week) with flexible start/end times for a better work-life balance.

We’re seeking a Senior Developer who’s passionate about problem-solving, unafraid of challenges or learning new things, and dedicated to staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices. Essential Skills and Behaviours:
Robust experience as a Full Stack developer (back-end bias is fine) with solid object-oriented PHP or C#, and Javascript skills
Exposure to Docker/K8s or similar containerisation methods
Ability to participate in code reviews (both as a developer and a reviewer) and provide constructive feedback in a friendly manner
Outstanding team player, willing to learn from others and openly share knowledge and discoveries with colleagues.
You will have the opportunity to:
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines
Support third-line customer support responsibilities
Learn languages/frameworks such as Python, Javascript/Typescript, VueJS, Delphi.
