Contracting role based in Crawley (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office) for a 6-month engagement. You will build and maintain Back End microservices and APIs supporting customer experience platforms, hosted in Microsoft Azure, with additional responsibility for L3 production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure, performant .NET-based microservices
• Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations for internal and external consumption
• Ensure services are cloud-native, scalable, and resilient in Azure
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, QA Engineers, and Product Owners across sprint delivery
• Contribute to estimation, technical design discussions, and documentation
• Participate in CI/CD automation and deployment activities

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• 2+ years of professional Back End development experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, API Gateway, Cosmos DB, Application Insights)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and exposure to GraphQL
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Day Rate: £400+ (Inside IR35)
