We are looking for a Finance Business Partner – Digital to join the Castrol Finance team and play a key role in shaping how digital investments bring value for the business. This is a senior individual‑contributor role, offering high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior Digital and Finance leaders during an important period of change and transformation.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Digital leadership to support strategic decision‑making, strengthen financial rigor, and ensure digital spend is aligned to Castrol’s business priorities. You will translate complex financial information into clear, practical insight that supports both operational and long‑term outcomes.
This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
Experience of digital‑led transformation or IT operating models is advantageous but not essential.
