We're seeking a skilled SC cleared Lead Test Engineer/Principal SDET to drive automation and quality in a major digital transformation. You'll define a scalable, automation-first test strategy for microservices, providing hands-on technical leadership across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an end-to-end microservices test strategy Lead automation efforts using Java, Selenium, Rest Assured Establish standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks Mentor teams and ensure consistent testing practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing goals Essential Skills Experience in microservices testing and automation (Java, API, contract testing) Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka Strong understanding of modern testing practices and non-functional testing Leadership experience at Lead/Principal level Excellent communication skills Tools & Technologies AWS, Selenium, Serenity BDD, Playwright, Pactflow, Spring Cloud Contract, Kafka, MongoDB, Jenkins, Docker, Gatling, K6, Grafana, Prometheus Minorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
