Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer - 10 Hour Shifts (2’s & 3’s Pattern)

As part of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for an engineer who enjoys both electrical and mechanical work.

2’s & 3’s rota days & nights

Key Responsibilities

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown repairs
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
* Support production by minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability
* Work on a variety of machinery, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
* Assist with continuous improvement and site projects

Key Requirements

* Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
* Experience within general manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems (desirable)
* Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
