Were partnered with a fast-growing, tech-driven finance group based in Southampton, known for their innovative approach to data, automation, and digital infrastructure. Due to continued growth within their internal technology team, theyre now looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to support their expanding IT environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to build strong technical foundations while gaining exposure to modern cloud and infrastructure technologies. Youll support internal users across a range of systems while working alongside experienced engineers who will help develop your technical skills.

The role offers hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern networking environments, making it ideal for someone who wants to progress toward 2nd Line, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering roles over time.

Required Skills:

• Around 12 years of experience in IT Support or Junior IT roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software & cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
