• £28,000 base salary with £55,000 OTE in year one

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Proactively reaching out to clients and candidates via cold calling
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Advising candidates through each stage, including interview prep and offers
• Negotiating salaries and closing deals
• Meeting clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
• Conducting market research to stay ahead in your niche
