Senior QA Engineer – Up to 60,000 – Remote First

I’m currently working with a well-established financial services business that’s looking to hire a Senior QA Engineer to join their growing development team.They’ve built a modern lending platform using .NET, GraphQL, React.js, and AWS, and with new features shipping regularly, they need someone who can ensure releases are stable, reliable, and production-ready.

This is a hands-on manual testing role focused on functional, exploratory, and regression testing. You’ll be working closely with senior developers and the BA, testing APIs, validating data in SQL/PostgreSQL, and identifying risks before release.This role is all about ownership, strong judgement, and being confident enough to challenge a release if something doesn’t look right.What

They’re Looking For…

• Strong QA experience in a commercial software environment
• Manual testing experience (functional, exploratory, regression)
• Experience testing APIs (REST / GraphQL)Comfortable querying databases using SQL
• Strong understanding of modern web applicationsSomeone who can manage their own testing workload and priorities
• A confident communicator who works well with developers and stakeholders
• Nice to Have Financial services or lending experience Agile delivery experience
