Main duties:
To manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role:

• Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
• Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support
  -Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts
• Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand
• Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction

The candidate:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) a huge benefit but not essential
• Applications are welcome from candidates with additional European language skills
• Previous experience in sales or account management recommended
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Lives within commutable distance from the office

The salary: up to 34,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
