I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. Hours Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Requirements Apprentice-trained with a strong electrical background
City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Electrical) or equivalent qualification
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Confident and professional manner — client-facing experience essentialKey Duties Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building
Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing and maintenance
Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services
Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks
Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate
Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional servicePackage Basic salary up to £47,000
