Contract: PermanentSalary: Offering up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills, plus £4,500 car allowance.This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working collaboratively. You’ll lead engineering projects from start to finish across Thames Water’s operational sites and estate, with the support of a knowledgeable and welcoming team.
Your work will help ensure essential assets return to service (RTS) or Return to Operation (RTO) safely, efficiently and in line with our Asset Integrity standards—helping us keep water services reliable for the communities we serve.
You’ll also play a key role in reducing disruption and inefficiencies by gathering meaningful data—such as cost of failure, RTS/RTO timelines and lessons learned—to support smart planning, confident decision‑making and long‑term improvements.
