About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Intelex Administrator / Developer to take ownership of the Intelex platform, a critical Health & Safety (EHS) system used across the business.

Currently, the platform is managed directly by business users with limited IT governance. This role will establish structure, provide day-to-day support, and drive technical improvementsallowing business stakeholders to focus on strategic initiatives instead of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Support

• Act as the primary administrator for the Intelex platform
• Manage daily support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Configure modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards based on business needs
• Handle user management, roles, and access controls

Configuration & Continuous Improvement

• Translate business requirements into system configurations
• Optimize existing processes and improve system usability
• Maintain data integrity and support reporting needs

Development & Enhancements

• Deliver change requests including custom development and enhancements
• Work with technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and integrations
• Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems (HR, ERP, etc.)

Governance & Ownership

• Introduce IT governance, best practices, and documentation
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support system upgrades, audits, and compliance initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with the Intelex platform (Admin, Config, or Development)
• Strong understanding of EHS / Health & Safety systems
• Experience in system configuration, workflows, and user management
• Development exposure (JavaScript, SQL, APIs, or similar)
• Ability to manage support and development in parallel
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing governance for business-managed platforms
• Background in EHSQ, ESG, or compliance systems
• Experience working in global environments (UK/India collaboration)
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
