Position: Product Asset Manager EMEA

Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Product Asset Manager EMEA ? In this exciting position, you will oversee the purchase order book, manage inventory, and coordinate supply planning activities for a key supplier within a global leader in the industry. Your efforts will directly support the EMEA business by ensuring product availability, enhancing inventory quality, and minimizing excess stock—all while meeting customer delivery requirements. Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, finance, and internal operations in a dynamic, hybrid environment!

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Manage purchase orders, reschedules, backlogs, and delivery schedules to meet customer demands and timelines.
• Optimize inventory levels, balancing product availability with quality and reducing excess or slow-moving stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
• Track supplier lead times, support forecasting and planning, and maintain accurate product and system data.
• Resolve operational issues related to pricing discrepancies and supply chain exceptions in collaboration with finance and warehouse teams.
• Support strategic inventory actions, including stock negotiations and supplier-focused initiatives to enhance service and profitability.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or supply chain systems.
• Experience in the electronic components industry or supplier-facing commercial operations is preferred.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
