Acting as Developer/Contract on their flagship hotel in London they have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager from a contracting background. As SeniorProject Manager you will report into the MD andoversee the management of site managers and specialist trade/package managers on aflagship hotel development in London. The successful candidate is likely to be from a Main Contracting background, with a prerequisite of degree qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and relevant experience gained in the UK, to include cut and carve, basements and complex builds on major building projects (£50 million plus).
